FIVA has been at the heart of one of the world’s most important celebrations of automotive heritage: the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
The day began with the Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance presented by Rolex, where FIVA Representatives for the United States, Donald Osborne and Mark Gessler, took part in the inspection of participating cars ahead of the Tour. This follows Donald Osborne being feted at Piazza Motor Nights and his participation in the ACE Forum Speaker series together with Wayne Carini in the preceding days.

More than 150 remarkable automobiles took to the road, following the spectacular route through 17-Mile Drive and along Highway 1 towards Big Sur.
It was a powerful expression of one of FIVA’s core beliefs: historic vehicles are not simply objects to be admired, but living examples of our shared cultural, social and technical heritage.
The programme also brought FIVA into the conversation at the Pebble Beach Classic Car Forum, where Scuro participated in the session “Committing to Passion: Restoration, Experience, and the Business of Collectible Cars”, contributing FIVA’s perspective on preservation, restoration, collecting and the evolving historic vehicle movement.
FIVA’s relationship with Pebble Beach has deep roots: since 1999, the FIVA Awards at the Concours have recognised outstanding preserved and regularly driven automobiles. Values that remain central to our mission.

We are proud to be part of this global celebration of automotive heritage and of a community committed to preserving historic vehicles, understanding their significance and keeping them where they belong: on the road.
