Measures to Reduce Climate Impact:
ACP Classics aims to minimise the environmental impact of the event and set an example on environmental issues, both nationally and internationally.

To this end, the organisation has defined a series of initiatives aimed at mitigating the environmental risks identified for the event, such as:
(1) Waste management - the organisation provides bags for segregating the waste produced, which are placed in the administrative areas of the event and in other places where the possibility of production is identified;
(2) Refuelling - refuelling is carried out exclusively at the service stations identified in the roadbook, which guarantee the appropriate safety conditions, including the necessary equipment to act in the event of an accidental fuel spillage;
(3) Ground protection - during the event, the ACP logistics team will carry spill containment kits for immediate action in the event of an accidental spillage of oil or other potentially dangerous liquid;
(4) Noise emission - in order to ensure that the noise levels produced during the event do not exceed the limits set by national and local legislation, participants are asked to avoid producing unnecessary noise, in particular sudden acceleration or braking, in all areas associated with the event;
(5) Greenhouse gas emissions - the emission of greenhouse gases associated with fuel consumption is inevitable at a motoring event, so it is essential to implement solutions that neutralise their emission into the atmosphere. In this sense, as an action to mitigate the CO2 produced during the event, the ACP will account for the emissions associated with total fuel consumption, including participants' vehicles, assistance vehicles and the organisation's vehicles, and then offset them by purchasing certified carbon credits on the international market.
